Thank you for shopping with PKTNRV! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when you’ll receive your items.

📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (nationwide)

  • United States (50 states)

⏱️ Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We'll notify you by email if there are any delays.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada 3–12 business days

United States 7-15 business days

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, please email us at pktnrv@gmail.com.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

PKTNRV is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Email us within 3 business days of delivery

  • We’ll work with the courier and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation

For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
