Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. PKTNRV is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or acts beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

 

Exchanges

Refunds & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, and original-condition items.

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to refunds or replacements for defective or misrepresented items.
